SAGE Program

The Steel River Assistance and Giving from Employees (SAGE) Program is a voluntary program whereby our employees pledge a small donation to be regularly deducted from their wages to support families and community organizations in need.


The families and community organizations are nominated by employees, approved through the employee-led Steel River Giving Committee.


Steel River covers all administrative costs, ensuring all funds raised go directly to those in need. The SAGE program is one of the ways our Steel River family lives our Why.


Steel River also strongly encourages employees to participate in local events, giving initiatives, and donate time/expertise where possible.
